Our Classes

Have a specific goal in mind? We have something for everyone.

HERE'S A LITTLE GUIDE TO HELP GET YOU STARTED...

Our studio is built around movement, community, and helping people feel stronger and more connected in their bodies.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, you’re always welcome here.

MAT PILATES

Hit the mat and take Pilates back to basics where it all began for Joseph Pilates.
This class blends strength, control, and flow to fire up your core, improve posture, and boost your energy. Leave feeling strong, centered, and ready to take on your day!

We also have Fusion classes available where you can experience mat & reformer together.

REFORMER PILATES

Our reformer classes use the reformer machine to build strength, stability and control. They’re suitable for all levels and are a great way to improve posture, flexibility and overall strength.

See Begin Your Reformer Journey, Wake & Work You, Tone You, Rejuvenate You, Ignite You (jump board) & Define You from the timetable.

PRE & POST NATAL

Our Baby & You series is tailored for new & expecting mums with little ones welcome to come along.

Classes at Whitefield are Reformer only (up to crawling stage) and Prestwich uses a mixture of equipment (crawlers welcome)

Tuesdays at 0930am (Prestwich) and Fridays at 1130am (Whitefield)

NEW TO PILATES?

If you’re completely new, our Begin Your Reformer Journey classes are the perfect place to start. They’re designed to introduce the fundamentals at a slower pace so you can feel comfortable and confident.

Sundays 1:00–1:45pm (Whitefield)
Wed 5:30–6:15pm (Prestwich)
Saturdays 11:00–11:45am (Prestwich)
Saturdays 12:00–12:45pm (Whitefield)

BARRE

Using small, precise movements and pulsing holds, you’ll challenge your muscles in a whole new way – building strength, stability, and endurance.

See Sculpt You from the timetable.

WUNDA CHAIR

Experience the area’s first Pilates class combining traditional Pilates with the Wunda Chair. Flow through classic exercises to build strength and flexibility, then challenge your balance and stability on the Chair.

See Contrology from the timetable.
