YOU Mind, Body & Soul Pilates (“YOU MBS”) offers a number of promotional and eligibility-based discount codes. By using a discount code, you agree to the terms and conditions below in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.

20% Healthcare, Blue Light, Defence & Hair and Beauty Industry Discount

We offer 20% off to eligible customers working within:

• Healthcare
• Blue Light / Emergency Services
• Defence / Armed Forces
• Hair & Beauty Industry

The discount can be applied to eligible purchases made at checkout, including standard classes, class packs and memberships.

Eligibility & Verification

This discount is available only to the eligible individual and cannot be transferred to or used on behalf of another person.

Customers must be able to provide valid proof of their eligibility. This can be done by either:

• Emailing valid proof of eligibility to info@youmbspilates.co.uk; or
• Presenting valid proof of eligibility and photo ID when checking in at the studio.

Proof must clearly demonstrate that the customer is currently eligible for the relevant discount. YOU MBS reserves the right to request additional or updated proof of eligibility at any time.

Customers may be asked to present their ID when attending a class. If valid proof cannot be provided when requested, YOU MBS reserves the right to remove the discount and/or require payment of the difference between the discounted and standard price.

The discount is for personal use only.

22% Student Discount

We offer 22% off eligible purchases to customers who are currently enrolled as students.

The discount can be applied to eligible purchases made at checkout, including standard classes, class packs and memberships.

Eligibility & Verification

Customers must provide valid proof of current student status. This can be done by either:

• Emailing valid student identification to info@youmbspilates.co.uk; or
• Presenting valid student ID when checking in at the studio.

Student identification must be current and clearly show the customer’s name and photograph.

YOU MBS reserves the right to request updated proof of student status at any time, including at class check-in.

If a customer is unable to provide valid proof of eligibility when requested, YOU MBS reserves the right to remove the discount and/or require payment of the difference between the discounted and standard price.

The student discount is for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared.

30FOR3 – New Customer Membership Offer

The 30FOR3 promotional code gives eligible new customers 30% off their first three months of an eligible rolling YOU MBS membership.

The offer:

• Is available to new customers only.
• Applies to eligible rolling memberships only.
• Provides 30% off the standard membership price for the first three monthly payments only.
• After the first three discounted months, the membership will automatically continue at the full standard membership price applicable to that membership, unless cancelled in accordance with the membership’s applicable cancellation terms.
• Cannot be retrospectively applied to an existing membership or previous purchase.
• Is limited to one use per customer.

Customers remain subject to the full terms of the membership they select, including any applicable minimum term, notice period, cancellation, freeze, late cancellation and no-show policies.

General Discount Code Terms

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, promotional code or introductory offer.
• Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per transaction.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases already made.
• Discounts are for the eligible customer’s personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.
• Discounts do not apply to gift cards, private sessions, private studio hire, events, workshops or other special experiences, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Discounts may not apply to products or services that are already reduced or subject to another promotional price.
• Where a discount is applied to a recurring membership, continued eligibility may be checked periodically and YOU MBS may request updated proof.
• YOU MBS reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel a discount where we reasonably believe that the code has been misused or the eligibility requirements have not been met.
• YOU MBS reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotional and eligibility-based discounts at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed unless misuse or ineligibility is identified.
