Reformer Pilates is a type of exercise that uses a machine called a Reformer to perform various Pilates exercises. The Reformer machine consists of a sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and pulleys, which help to provide resistance and support during the exercises.

A separate parent/guardian waiver must be signed for all minors under the age of 18 by the minor’s parent or guardian on behalf of the minor. For minors over the age of 16, the parent or guardian who signs the waiver must accompany them for their first visit. For minors under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times on YOU MBS Pilates premises. Minors under the age of 13 are not permitted on the premises for safety reasons (excluding BABY & YOU classes)
Please arrive to class on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time, you may not be able to participate. Our tardiness policy is in place for the following reasons:
Late arrivals are disruptive to the class and to the instructors’ program.
It is potentially dangerous to other clients if the instructor has to take their eyes off them to help a tardy client set up.
The first 5 minutes of class are spent with a warm-up and the chances of injury are greater if you jump right into a more intense exercise.
